Can a certificate value be changed?

• No, certificate values cannot be changed as these are linked to the customers' Hire Agreement and salary sacrifice.
• If a customer's order is less than the value of their certificate:
  • The overall package price and monthly costs for the customer will not be reduced if they underspend. It is therefore advisable to redeem the full value of the certificate at the point of redemption. 
  • If a customer wishes to request a certificate for a lower value they would need to start a cancellation process with their employer and reapply for the correct amount.

• If a customer's order is more than the value of their certificate:
  • Topping up is prohibited so a customer can not add funds to the value of their package. As per the above, a customer would need to cancel and reapply in order to spend more.
