What are the key dates?

  • Cyclescheme will be issuing a new Retailer Agreement to formalise the commitments described in the 'Change of Agreement' article. As per Clause 12.3 of the existing Terms & Conditions, the new version of the Agreement will be communicated and presented to you via the Cyclescheme B2B platform with all revisions clearly highlighted.

Dec 22nd 2023

  • The revised Retailer Agreement will come into effect at this time. In accordance with Clause 12.4 of the existing Terms & Conditions, you will have 30 days from date of issuance to read and agree to the Agreement.

If you’re happy with the proposed changes, you can continue to transact with Cyclescheme as normal and you will be deemed to have accepted the new Terms and Conditions.
