Change of Agreement


Your Cyclescheme Retailer Agreement is being updated.

At Cyclescheme, we are committed to getting more UK workers cycle commuting. Part of our commitment is ensuring that our Cycle to Work scheme is a positive and fair experience for participants.

What’s changing?

Going forward, all Cyclescheme participants must be treated fairly and like any other customer. For example, being presented with consistent pricing and availability of Cycle to Work equipment at the advertised price.

To ensure participant expectations are met with no surprises, we are asking all Cyclescheme retailer partners to commit to a policy of no additional fees and full availability as advertised, when a customer redeems a Cyclescheme Certificate. 

What does my store need to do?

Effective today, 23rd November 2023 we are issuing a Variation to your Cyclescheme Retailer Agreement to formalise the commitments above. This can be found under 'Legal Documents' accessed via the Cyclescheme B2B with all revisions clearly highlighted. Your revised Retailer Agreement will come into effect on 22nd December 2023.

If you’re happy with the proposed changes, you can continue to transact with Cyclescheme as normal and you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms and conditions.
