What does the 'processing' status mean?

  • You may notice that some certificates have a 'processing' status.
  • This is because they are sitting in the 'part-redeemed' area of your B2B.
  • Any certificate whereby the customer has not yet signed their Hire Agreement will sit at processing. As the store, you have completed the first stage of redemption by entering the certificate number and redemption code, but the action of signing the Hire Agreement is outstanding with the customer. 
  • Once the customer has signed the Hire agreement on their phone or tablet device, you will be able to log on to the B2B and complete the redemption.
  • Please refer to the article 'What is partial redemption?' for further support. 
  • If you have certificates at ‘Processing’ status you will not have been paid for them. Payment is only made once redemption has been completed in full.
