What is partial redemption?

  • There is a new area of your B2B which hosts information on partially redeemed certificates. 
  • It can be found under the 'Certificates' tab and is called 'Part-redeemed certificates'.
  • This will list any certificate whereby the customer has not yet signed their Hire Agreement. As the store, you have completed the first stage of redemption by entering the certificate number and redemption code, but the action of signing the Hire Agreement is outstanding with the customer. During this stage, the status of the certificate will be 'processing.'
  • Once the customer has signed the Hire agreement on their phone or tablet device, you will be able to log on to the B2B and complete the redemption. 
  • You can identify when the Hire Agreement has been signed as the 'complete redemption' button will be blue. Please only complete this when the customer is collecting their bike. You'll be asked to confirm the details and enter the frame number.
  • In a scenario where the Hire Agreement remains unsigned you will be able to send a reminder from the B2B. This button is one time use and will be inactive once used. Please see the images below which show how this part of the process looks:
