Certificate status: definitions

Certificates can be managed and followed through the customer journey on the B2B in the following area.

You'll notice that there are a few different certificate status' and below are their definitions:

  • Requested - Customer has submitted their request to their employer.
  • Ordered - Customer’s employer has approved the request.
  • Declined - Employer has declined the request.
  • Invoiced - Cyclescheme has requested payment from the employer.
  • Issued - Cyclescheme has issued the certificate to the customer.
  • Processing - Any certificate whereby the customer has not yet signed their Hire Agreement will sit at processing. Once the customer has signed the Hire agreement on their phone or tablet device, you will be able to log on to the B2B and complete the redemption.   • Redeemed / Redeemed Online - The certificate has been successfully redeemed and payment will be processed.
  • Paid - Retailer has been paid by Cyclescheme.
  • Cancelled - Cyclescheme has cancelled the certificate and the goods have been returned to the retailer.

As per the image above, from your B2B you are able to track and report on your Certificate activity by using the relevant filters for day, month, year and also status.
