What is the B2B?

- It's key function is to facilitate the redemption of certificates, as well as holding all certificate data for previously redeemed certificates and certificates in your pipeline. For more information on redemption please take a look at the following two useful links:
- Listed below are the B2B's key features; each feature has it's own section in the B2B knowledge base category where you can learn more.
Store Profile: This allows you to create your own ‘shop window’ on our Retailer Finder. You can add a description of your store including key information such as opening times, parking facilities, and exclusive offers. You can also upload and display images of your store. In essence the profile provides you with a unique opportunity to illustrate the individuality of your store.
Employer Finder: You have the opportunity to search our database on behalf of prospective customers to find out if their employer is partnered with Cyclescheme. You can view an employer’s unique/specific scheme settings including a savings calculator, scheme value limit, hire period length, and enrolment window dates. The finder output will also include the unique website link that employees need to use when registering their request.
Brands Stocked: You have the ability to select the range of bicycle and accessory brands stocked in-store. The logos for the brands will be displayed on your store profile. You can also contact Cyclescheme to request a brand that doesn't appear on the list using the B2B.
Communication/Notification Tool: We use the B2B to enhance the way we communicate with our retail network. Notifications delivery important news and updates to you upon login to your account.
Marketing: Multiple different resources are at your fingertips within the marketing section of the B2B. Including flyers, posters, web banners, videos and more! For more information please refer to the Point of Sale section of knowledge base here.
Reports: These are available to assist you with getting an overview of your store's Cyclescheme activity. You can track the volume and value of your certificates.
Manage Recent Activity: This area highlights any unread messages you may have (linked to the communication tool mentioned above). Unread messages can be found in the 'Community' tab. Potential certificates allows you to keep a pipeline of Cyclescheme sales, a certificate will sit here once it has been requested and before it is issued.
Part-redeemed certificates will list any certificate whereby the customer has not yet signed their Hire Agreement. These certificates are associated with Cyclescheme's new redemption process, more information can be found via these articles:
