What is the new redemption process?

• Redeeming certificates will be a two-part process. Lots of the process will be familiar but there are a couple of small changes. Redemption will still be actioned on the B2B and an eCertificate must  be fully redeemed before you release the goods to the participant.   
• Step by Step Process: 
  • Log in to your Cyclescheme B2B at www.cycleschemeb2b.co.uk
  • Enter eCertificate number and Redemption Code.
  • Enter package details. **Please tick the appropriate box if the bike is an E-bike**
  • Select 'Redeem Certificate'.
  • A pop up will appear which confirms participant action is required at this stage.
  • The participant instantly receives an SMS containing a link to their Hire Agreement.
  • Once signed, you can click 'complete redemption'.
