Q. What date does the change of contract come into effect?

A.  22nd Dec 2023

Q. Where can I find the new agreement?

A. It's in the B2B under the Legal Documents tab, titled - New Cyclescheme Partner Agreement. Support on where to find is can be found here.

Q. Do I need to sign the new Partner Agreement?

A. No, there is no requirement to sign the agreement. The agreement comes into effect automatically on the 22nd December.

Q. Does the change apply to Custom bike fees as well?

A. Yes, it applies to all fees.

Q. Does this mean I can't apply any fees, including admin fees to a Cyclescheme certificate?

A. Correct, Cycle to Work equipment must be sold at the price shown, We are looking for you, the retailer to treat our customers fairly.

Q. Can I exclude sale bikes to Cyclescheme participants?

A. No, we are asking you to treat all customers fairly, and all bikes should be made available.

Q. Can you please send me the new Partner Agreement via email?

A. At this time it's being hosted on the B2B.

Q. I previously had an agreement with Cyclescheme to pass on fees, does this still stand?

A. The new agreement overrides any previous agreement.
