Where can I find the new Retailer Agreement?

Accessing the new Retailer Agreement via the B2B:

  • Head to settings at the top of your B2B screen.
  • You can then select the 'Legal Documents' tab.
  • The new Agreement will be sitting at the bottom of the list, titled 'New Cyclescheme Partner Retailer Agreement'
    • Please note this agreement does not need to be signed or returned to Cyclescheme.
    • As per the email communication, if you're happy with the changes and want to continue to transact with Cyclescheme as normal, the agreement will automatically come into effect on the 22nd December 2023.
  • The agreement is available for download should you want a copy.
