What if the customer can't sign their Hire Agreement?

If the customer is not receiving a text with their Hire Agreement, or they have trouble accessing it we have the following two routes to signing:

  • As the store, you have completed the first stage of redemption by entering the certificate number and redemption code, but the action of signing the Hire Agreement is outstanding with the customer. 
  • On the redemption screen there will be a QR code. This can be scanned by the customer which will then allow them to access and sign the Hire Agreement, therefore allowing you to complete redemption of the certificate. 
    • The image below demonstrates how this solution looks, and can be found as part of Step 5 within the Redemption Process guide .

  • If scanning the QR code is not an option, the URL on the screen can be shared with your customer or can be opened on your screen in store. The Hire Agreement will be available for them to sign using your till point/POS. *Please note this solution is at your discretion*.
