Can I remove or pause the feature?

  • Yes you can, please follow the process below:
  • A request by the retailer for the Cyclescheme feature to be turned off or paused on the Citrus-Lime platform should be made directly to Cyclescheme in the first instance. 
  • This request should be made 3 weeks prior to the date you are removing the feature, (remembering customers can redeem up to the point the feature is removed by Citrus-Lime). 
  • The request should be made directly to Cyclescheme using the retail email address - retail@cyclescheme.co.uk
  • Cyclescheme will then notify Citrus-Lime of your request to be removed, and will also send confirmation back to the retailer, accepting the request.
