How long does it take for a certificate to be issued?

• On average it takes 3-10 days from the point of request to your customer receiving their Certificate.
• This can however vary based on the employer scheme set up and some external variables. 
• Larger organisations can sometimes take slightly longer due to using benefits providers or having specific 'enrolment windows'.
