There was a commission cap applied automatically to all certificates requested from the 9th November 2020 which caps the amount of commission retailers will pay.
No commission is payable above the gross value of £3,000 per certificate.
You pay your normal commission on anything below £3,000 gross per certificate and then the remainder above this is at 0%.
On the invoice you will see the breakdown of commission paid up to £3,000 gross and then see that there is no commission paid above £3,000 gross.
