Cancelling a redeemed certificate.

A customer may choose to return all of their goods. In this scenario the following process will apply:
  • The retailer must follow their standard returns procedure i.e accept the goods back and assess the condition. 
  • The retailer will need to confirm that the full order (bike and any equipment) has been returned to them. 
    • The confirmation needs to be sent to the Cyclescheme Retail Team on info@cyclescheme.co.uk
  • Only upon receiving confirmation of the returned goods will Cyclescheme begin to process the cancellation/re-issue of certificate.
  • The retailer will have the appropriate funds deducted from a future payment, rather than Cyclescheme requiring a direct refund. 
    • The only scenario where a direct refund would be required is if a store didn't have any certificate redemptions after a few weeks.
  • N.B The customer should never be refunded directly.
