How do I get paid?

  • In order to receive payment, you need to successfully redeem the certificate via the Cyclescheme B2B.
  • We have lots of information on certificate redemption within the following two areas of Knowledge Base:
  • Upon completion, a message will immediately appear confirming successful redemption. 
  • Please note, Cyclescheme are self-billing. There is no need to raise an invoice and send to us. 
  • Therefore, once a certificate has been redeemed, we will process payment the next working day via Faster Payments for all stores on standard payment frequency terms.
