Customer has a certificate for another shop, can I redeem it?

  • Your B2B won't accept certificate details that are valid for another retailer. 
  • In these circumstances the customer needs to contact info@cyclescheme.co.uk or call 0344 879 5101.
  •  Providing the certificate is at issued status, we can make the certificate valid for your store over the phone.
