Certificate not redeeming - help!
- Start by entering the certificate number (a 12 digit reference number which starts with a letter) and follow the on screen instructions accordingly.
- You will be asked to enter the redemption code and make and model of the bike.
- A couple of things that commonly produce an error message are:
- Check that the certificate and redemption code do not have any spaces. Both are case sensitive.
- Ensure you select the bike make and model from the drop down menus.The system will not accept free text.
- Check with the customer if the certificate has been reissued, and ask for the most recent redemption code.
