How do I redeem a certificate?

  • Log into www.cycleschemeb2b.co.uk. 
  • You are now on the Dashboard. Stay on this page and scroll halfway down, you will see on the right hand side 'Redeem Certificate' with a box to enter the certificate code.

  • Start by entering the certificate code (a 12 digit reference number which starts with a letter) and follow the on screen instructions accordingly.
  • You will be asked to enter the redemption code and make and model of the bike. **Please tick the appropriate box if the bike is an E-bike**
