What is a certificate?

  • A certificate has a certificate number and a redemption code. 
  • The certificate represents the funds your customer's employer has authorised for the equipment. 
  • Only issued certificates have a redemption code. 
  • If you are presented with a document with only a certificate number, this is not a valid certificate and cannot be redeemed.
