No, certificate limits must be respected and adhered to.
If a customer's order is more than the value of their certificate:
Topping up is prohibited so a customer can not add funds to the value of their package. If the customer has a desire to spend more, they will need to start a cancellation process with their employer and reapply for a certificate with a higher value.
