Can a customer use their order confirmation to pay for a bike?

  • No, only valid certificates can be used in exchange for the goods.
  • A certificate will have the certificate code and redemption code listed on it. 
  • Cyclescheme will pay a store upon completion of a successful redemption via the B2B.
  • Stores should only release goods once they have redeemed the certificate.
