What is Freescheme?
Freescheme is the best way to enable your staff to take advantage of the C2W scheme.
We remove our usual commission to enable you as an industry Retailer/Brand to offer Cyclescheme to your staff without any additional cost to your business. This means you can offer Cyclescheme savings on top of any current trade savings you offer to your staff.
Creating The New Account
It's easy to set up, simply log into the Cyclescheme b2b and go to Settings > Legal documents.
Alongside 'Commission-free schemes' click on 'Add Schedule'. This will link you through to the electronic contract, which you will need to sign. In turn, this sets you up an employer account, whereby you can log in and manage employee requests, and access their hire agreements.
Processing a Freescheme Request
In order to avoid Cyclescheme’s commission, Freescheme certificates are never redeemed. Once you approve the employee request, (from the employer login portal) your payroll team simply initiate the salary sacrifice using the details on the employee hire agreement.
Note: Although the employee does receive a certificate, they strictly are not to redeem. Please also note, equipment is only possible from the retailer/brand they work for.

Freescheme Key Points:
- Do not redeem a Freescheme certificate
- Do not use a Freescheme certificate in another store
- Do not approve employee requests that place them below minimum wage
- The certificate must match the bike value for the payment to be accurate.
